Vibha Solanki
Vibha graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pace University with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pace University with a Master’s Degree in Adolescent Education with a concentration in English. She then completed a Doctoral Degree in International Education from Northcentral University. Vibha coached individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and various learning differences at Pace University’s OASIS Program. Thereafter, she worked in the NYC Public School system where she taught English and College Preparatory classes, served as a Writing Coordinator and Instructional Coach, and was awarded tenure. She also holds a certification as a Certified Online Instructor.
Vibha has extensive experience working with adults of all ages and students (undergraduate, postgraduate, etc.). She works with both neuro-typical and neuro-diverse clients tailoring her coaching to the specific needs of the individual. She instructs individuals to cultivate their ability to develop a calendar system to stay on track, complete projects and meet deadlines, set and achieve personal and professional goals, modify behavior to establish sustainable routines, and improve self-accountability.
Vibha has a side passion for writing curriculum and academic research articles. She is a published author in several peer-reviewed academic journals in the field of education and also writes teacher training curricula. Vibha values the link between pedagogical theory and practice and thus finds deep importance in connecting research to her teaching and coaching practice. She is an avid learner and reader and is always looking for ways to refine her practice.
Vibha believes rapport-building is key to connecting with individuals and enhancing their social-emotional learning skills. She strives to understand personal idiosyncrasies, behaviors, and habits to facilitate optimal learning. The journey of growth and development starts with meeting individuals where they are; Vibha strongly values and embodies this process of building from the ground up.
